An agency's start page: what waits for you, club requests that fit your players and this round's leads

Screens from the platform · clubs and players are fictional

Two kinds of openings to place a player. Both in one place.

  1. See the request

Position, age, budget, deadline and often a fee. What fits your players comes first.

  2. Offer

One player per request, your best. With a motivation and a confirmed mandate.

  3. Talk

The club always answers. Interested opens messages and an online meeting.

  4. Deal and fee

Signed, fee received, closed. Every step says whose turn it is.

Club requests

Everything you want to know before you offer

  1. 01

What fits your players first, then by line

  2. 02

The fee: fixed and set up front; it can go up, never down

  3. 03

The needs: position, type, age, budget, foot, and salary and role if given

  4. 04

About the club: how many offers it answers and how fast

  5. 05

Unsure? Ask the club; the answer goes into the file

New requests in your regions also arrive by e-mail.

Open club requests with the fee per request, and a request with the club's fee: fixed and set up front

Offer

One player, your best

  1. 01

Pick a player from My players; his details are filled in

  2. 02

Or fill him in: position, club, foot, contract, video and numbers

  3. 03

Motivation: why he fits, in a few sentences

  4. 04

Confirm the mandate: you represent this player

Declined? You see the reasons the club ticked, so the next offer is better.

Offering a player: pick one of your players or fill him in, with the request and how the club will see your offer

Six steps, until the fee is in

  3. 3Agreed

  4. 4Signed

You report the signing; the club confirms

  5. 5Fee paid

The club pays you direct; you confirm receipt

  6. 6Closed

    File closed, everything on record

If the club does not respond to your report within seven days, it counts as confirmed.

Leads

Signals from the matchday, before the club starts looking

After every round we read line-ups, minutes and transfers. What shifts shows up in Leads, with source and date.

See today's leads
  1. 01

Per lead: what changed, why it may be an opening and whom to call

  2. 02

Put your players on the list; leads and requests that fit them come to you

A transparent fee

You know what you earn before you offer

Not every request has a fee. If there is none, you know that up front too. If there is one, it binds the club as soon as you offer.

Up front
The club sets the amount when it posts the request. You see it in the list and on the request.
Equal
The same amount for every agency. Nobody negotiates a better rate.
Only up
The club can raise it, never lower it. Follow a request and you hear every raise.
Visible
On the deal path, in Deals, in Finance and in the file. You and the club see the same.
In full
The fee goes to you in full, straight from the club, after the confirmed signing. Transferlink takes no percentage.

The rules

Six agreements that hold for every agency and every club.

  1. 01

One player per request, with mandate

Offer your best player and confirm that you represent him.

  2. 02

    Verified, or not visible

Website, e-mail domain and FIFA licence are checked before you see club requests.

  3. 03

    At most three open items

An unanswered message or a time choice waiting on you counts. At three, handle those first.

  4. 04

    Signed is signed

Report the signing only once the player is officially registered. It cannot be undone.

  5. 05

    The fee goes direct

The club pays you after the confirmed signing. Transferlink never holds money.

  6. 06

    Everything on record

Every offer, message and step is in the archive, with a file per deal.

Questions agents ask

What is a football agent platform?
Software where licensed football agents see which players clubs need right now and offer them directly. On Transferlink the requests come from verified clubs, with position, budget, deadline and often the fee set up front.
Who can join as an agent?
Agencies with a website on their own domain, whose agents hold a FIFA licence. Every agent enters his own licence number and we check it in FIFA's public register before he can offer. The FIFA agent rules, explained.
What does it cost?
Free until 1 March 2027, with no payment card. After that you choose a plan, from €149 a month; the first 100 agencies keep their founding price.
Does Transferlink take a share of my fee?
No. A fee set on a request goes straight from the club to your agency. Transferlink never holds money.
How is this different from TransferRoom?
TransferRoom charges a subscription and runs live deal days. On Transferlink you see open club requests with the fee up front, and you offer one player per request online. Read the comparison.
