A transparent fee

Set a fee, and everyone knows the same

The fee is optional. Put one on a request and there are no surprises later: every agency saw the amount before it offered.

Up front
You set the amount when you post the request. Every agency sees it before it offers.
Equal
The same amount for every agency. Whoever offers accepts the fee, and that is recorded.
Only up
You can raise it, never lower it. Agencies that follow or offered hear about it.
Visible
On the deal path, in Deals, in Finance and in the file. Both sides see the same.
In full
The fee goes to the agency in full, straight from you. Transferlink takes no percentage.

    One player per agency per request

    An agency offers its best player, with a confirmed mandate.

  2. 02

    Anonymous until you show interest

    Hide your name on a request. Agencies see only the country until you choose Interested.

  3. 03

    Every candidate gets an answer

    Interested or Decline. Whoever is left when you close hears it automatically.

  4. 04

    FIFA rules apply

    Player under contract? Inform his current club in writing before you negotiate (RSTP art. 18.3).

  5. 05

    Money goes direct

    You pay the fee to the agency yourself. Transferlink never holds money.

    Everything on record

Questions clubs ask

What is a transfer platform for football clubs?
A place where a club says which player it needs and receives offers from FIFA-licensed agents, instead of phoning around. On Transferlink every request goes to the verified agencies in the regions or countries the club chooses; each offers one player, and the whole deal stays on file.
How do football clubs find players here?
Post a request with position, kind of transfer, age, budget and deadline. Licensed agencies in the regions or countries you choose see it, and those with a player who fits each offer their best one, with a confirmed mandate. You answer Interested or Decline.
Are the agents licensed?
Every agent enters his own FIFA licence number, and we check name and number in FIFA's public register before he can offer a player. How to check an agent yourself.
What does it cost a club?
Nothing until 1 March 2027. After that €149 a month excl. VAT, cancel monthly, worldwide and with up to three open requests at a time; your first request always stays free. Transferlink never takes a share of a fee.
How is this different from TransferRoom?
TransferRoom is a large network with player data and live deal days. Transferlink is narrower: one request, a few answers from licensed agents, free until March 2027. Read the comparison.
